Unveil Your Inner Grace: Splits & Movement Mastery Class

This month we are heading to the studio for an in-person class, we're embarking on a transformative journey towards achieving the full splits, or Hanumanasana - a pose that encapsulates the essence of the Monkey Pose. Our unique approach to each yoga pose is designed to unlock the astonishing potential of our bodies, and this month, it's all about diving deep into the capabilities of our hips, hamstrings, and pelvic floor.

Why the Full Splits?

The quest for the full splits is more than just a challenge; it's an opportunity to deeply mobilize and balance the muscles that are crucial for our overall well-being. Issues like low back pain, poor posture, glute discomfort, and neck tightness can often be traced back to tight or weak hip flexors and pelvic floor muscles. But fear not! Our focus will be on achieving that perfect equilibrium of strength and flexibility. And let's not forget the hamstrings - these key muscles, when supple, can significantly alleviate troubles in the knees, back, feet, and improve your posture, ushering in a wave of positive changes to your body.

🌿 In-Person Class Culmination: For members who have been working at this all month, we will be bringing together a month’s worth of practice into a climax, complete with hands-on guidance for using the pilates bar effectively.

🌿 Pack Your Bag: Remember to pack up your pilates bar bag for class. Don’t have a bar? No problem. We have other props you can use at the studio to replace the bar or you can grab your own pilates bar here.

🌿 Extended Meditation (Optional): For those seeking to deepen their journey, an extended meditation session will follow the class. This is your chance to explore a state of profound relaxation and serenity.
