How do I sign up?

Click here to purchase a package. You will prompted to set up an account upon purchase.

How do I get my link?

There isn't a link. After purchasing your package, all of the available Livestream classes will be in your account. Access your live class by logging into your Namastream account and accessing via the "Events" tab.

How do I join a live class?

To join my livestream, please use CHROME, FIREFOX, or SAFARI browsers.

  1. Open your browser and log in to your Hey Marvelous site.

  2. Click on your "Events" tab in the top right corner where you will see all of your upcoming events listed.

  3. At the designated start time, click the "Join Session" button. The button will remain grey until I start the livestream.

  4. If you have never used Zoom before, it will ask you to download Zoom to your device.

  5. Once Zoom is installed, the Zoom window will open and you'll be able to participate in the livestream class.

How do I get the meditations & pre-recorded classes?

All pre-recorded sessions are held in your library and are accessible throughout the month. 

If I subscribe to the membership, am I locked in to a period of time?

No. You will be charged monthly until you cancel. You may cancel at anytime.

How many classes should I take per week?

I recommend practicing at least twice a week. What makes on-demand classes so wonderful is just the possibility to take classes at anytime and spend the week working on the principles in that class at your own pace. You will find that your practice deepens quickly.  Remember you are retraining your nervous system out of not-so-good patterns into a place of balance. As always, anything we want to learn on a deeper level takes PRACTICE!

Do I have need to have previous experience?

There is a class for everyone. The Bare Bones Basic is designed to teach you how each pose is best preformed and its benefits. If you can connect your breath to movement, this class is accessible to you.

What type of yoga are we practicing?

These classes are a slow moving deep learning practice. Though the classes offered on the platform are multileveled they are all pointing at helping you find balance in the body and a state on inner peace and joy in your life. It is has the best results when meditation and breathing (Prana Yama) practice is also practiced.

What type of meditation are we practicing?

We are practicing awareness meditation. It is aimed at having you discover that you are not your mind but something far more beautiful. It is a life changing practice that will help you find true inner peace and joy in your life. It is has the best results when it is combined with asana and breathing (Pranayama) practices.

What is Pranayama and why should I do it?

Pranayama is the practice of controlled breathing. Most of our emotional blocks are locked with inner patterns of breathing. Prana Yama has the power to unravel those patterns of imbalance and deliver you to a profound place of healing. For best results, asanas (yoga postures) and meditation should also be included in your practice. 

What is the benefit of a live class versus an on-demand class?

In the live classes I can watch your practice and give you verbal adjustments. Then you can practice those cues in throughout the week in your own time with the on-demand classes.

Do you have a refer a friend program?

Yes! It has been proven that we practice more if we have a buddy to share the experience with. If you invite a friend and they sign up for a monthly subscription, you will get 50% off of your next month and they will get 50% off their first month. Will there be in-person classes at some point?

At this moment (February 2022), the Bare Bones Basics class can be attended in person. Please see the calendar for up to date schedule, conditions and availability.
