In this 2 hour experience you will have space to move, breath and listen to your body so you can reach your potential. Body affirmations and sound activations are used to open and connect to your personal power.

Everything you need is inside of you!

Learn how to breath deeply, connect to your body and use positive affirmations to embody confidence. You begin to trust yourself and navigate through life’s ups and downs with more acceptance and gratitude.
When you leave this workshop you will have stretched your body, your mind and own a whole new understanding who you are.
