Rid your body of toxins after your Thanksgiving Feast! We will begin with gentle stretches, then move through some vinyasa flows to warm up and stimulate the flow of energy. Then, we will move through a series of twisting poses to cleanse and purify the internal organs with a focus on detoxification.Throughout the practice we will utilize yogic cleansing breath work to “flush” the body. We finish with restorative yoga and meditation to allow the body to relax and to create balance. This combination effectively renews and restores the body, ensuring a guilt-free Thanksgiving experience!
