The Joy of Backbends: Safe, Smart Backbending for All Bodies

Backbends help stretch and strengthen the body in so many ways, but they can feel challenging physically, and and be tricky to do safely. Luckily, all you need is a little knowledge and practice to find the best way to tailor the poses to your body--and gain all the benefits with none of the striving.

Join Chintamani for a delicious Hatha yoga class focusing on backbending, followed by detailed discussion and practice. You will come away feeling empowered, aligned, energized and graceful.
