Spring Forest Qigong

Start your day with Spring Forest Qigong and let the healing energy carry you throughout the day!  This hour-long practice is a gentle, easy but powerful healing modality that encourages the qi (energy) in the body to flow freely so the body maintains balance and health.  Discover your natural ability to help heal yourself.

Spring Forest Qigong, created by Master Chunyi Lin, blends the components of breathing, focusing your mind, very easy body movements, and meditation into a system that is so simple yet so very powerful that thousands of students around the world have found the practice life-changing.

Spring Forest Qigong is an integrated form of healing, helping us to heal on all levels – physically, mentally/emotionally, and spiritually. The benefits of practicing SFQ can include:
