Asana, Breath, Meditate Workshop

Yoga the traditional way.  Asanas were created to prepare the body and mind for meditation. In this class we will do asanas that will help you to get in touch with your body rhythm, we will balance the nervous system with our breathing practice and then we will sit in a deep bliss-filled meditation.
